Oh, yes! I lost 2 lbs. at WW this week!

That's great! I was real excited after vacation (fried shrimp, fries and other things I didn't need) I was only up 1/2 lb. Keep up the good work. Are you going to try the "Truth About Carbs" thing? Not me, I like the pasta too much.

Thanks! I like carbs, too. What I am working on is substituting more whole grain w/ lots of fiber. : ) I am also attempting meals with just meat and veggies at least once per day.

Way to go, Serena! I was up .8. I really hate how they count the tenths! Just say I gained a pound! Oh well, I got some really good food at the beach. I was willing to pay for it. I even had sour cream on my potato!

I love a fully loaded baked potato. Being up .8 is not bad for beach time. I am sure I was up more than that, but I didn't attend a couple of meetings. Of course, still had to pay for them. : )
